I think it's time for an art post.
Steph, before they streamlined her costume and decided for good what colour it was supposed to be. Complete with the inexplicable design clutter present in all early '90s superhero costumes.

Sally here is kind of terrifyingly off-model. I was trying to mesh my own style with the film's, I don't know if I quite succeeded. The missing arm was a lot of fun to draw, but her hair is way harder than it looks.
After the death of her parents in a tragic house fire, Miss Charlotte Gage-Radcliffe had no home to go to and no way of paying her school fees. Fortunately for Charlotte, she instead became the ward of Headmistress Gordon, taking advantage of a Lady Elias School policy regarding the waiving of fees for the wards and nieces of the teaching staff.
(I feel like I might be getting back into the swing of Steam DCU, I might do Cass next.)
